Weight Training

Athletic equipment at BodyworksBodyworks Athletic Club features State-Of-The-Art Cybex Eagle series weight machines. One of the advantages of the Cybex Series, they allow members to keep their proper form therefore not injuring themselves. Another feature of the machines are they allow members to train unilaterally (one side at a time) thus alleviating the problem of dominate muscle strength over weaker muscle strength. We also offer a full variety of free weights, squat racks and dumbbells for those members who are looking for a different fitness challenge.

 

Cardio

We are the only Fitness Club in the area that has State-of-the-art Cardio. All of our treadmills, incumbent and recumbent bikes, arc trainers and stair climbers are set up on a "theater" style platform. Bodyworks features an indoor track that extends around the inside perimeter of the building making up a full 1/10th mile course.

Group Fitness


Looking for a little variety or challenge in your workout? Check out our group fitness classes.  Classes are a great way to stay motivated and challenge yourself so that you get the best workout possible.  Choose from any of the group classes listed below.

Personal Training

Bodyworks has some of the best Personal Trainers around.  So if you are looking for some one-on-one training, let one of our certified trainers help you.  All personal trainers offer a free evaluation and personalized workouts and/or meal plans.

After Your Workout

After members finish with their workouts, they can relax in our dry/steam saunas (located inside of the locker rooms) and take a shower in our spacious, private showers.
